This publication contains the text of the Final Act of the International Conference on Liability and Compensation for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 which was held at IMO in London from 9 to 23 March 2001. Attachment 1 to the Final Act is the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 (Bunkers Convention). The Conference also adoptd resolutions on – Limitation of Liability; – Promotion of Technical Co-operation; – Protection for Persons Taking Measures to Prevent or Minimize the Effects of Oil Pollution. These resolutions are included in this publication. This publication contains the English, French and Spanish texts.
